About the Company

Groundhog Media was founded in 2006 by Rich Gilbank, a professional web developer studying New Media at Ryerson University. Since then, it has expanded to include a number of professionals in various fields, from designers to copywriters and developers, who are contracted for individual projects based on client needs and direction.

What separates Groundhog from other media companies is a flexibility to suit your needs. We don't try to give you all sorts of services you don't need, but we will effectively apply those you do. We understand that not everybody fully understands how websites work, so we will guide you through the process, leaving you with a product you are satisfied with. At Groundhog, 'customized' doesn't mean more expensive. It means we accomplish what you're hoping to achieve efficiently, the first time through. That way, there's no need to make costly changes once the project is 'complete'.
